Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Ashtanga Vinyasa is a dynamic practice focusing on breath, movement, and sensory awareness. The sequence of poses remains the same, guiding you toward meditation in motion. The class involves verbal instruction with minimal demonstration and is suited for those with some prior yoga experience. Taught in Norwegian or English.

Slow flow
This Vinyasa-based class links breath and movement, creating a flowing, meditative practice. Suitable for all levels, it offers a balance of gentle sequences and strength-building poses at a calm pace. Taught in Norwegian or English.


Mindful Flow
This practice focuses on nourishing the fascia, muscles, and nervous system through yoga and Pilates-based movements. Strength and mobility are emphasized, using massage balls to enhance the practice. Open to all levels. Taught in Norwegian or English.

Vinyasa
A dynamic yoga class connecting breath with movement. Expect strength-building sequences and flexibility work, set to uplifting music. Suitable for those with some yoga experience, but modifications are offered. Taught in Norwegian or English.


Gaia Yoga
A voice-based meditation where you use sound to balance your energy. Gaia Yoga involves a sequence of seven seed syllables, each repeated four times, helping to align mind and body with higher frequencies. This practice creates a tangible connection to the earth’s voice, offering a tool for personal transformation.

Happy Hips & Twists
Unlock tension and restore fluidity in your body with this rejuvenating class focused on opening the hips and energizing the spine. Through gentle yet powerful stretches and hip openers, you’ll release built-up stress, improve mobility, and create space for greater ease and comfort. Perfect for all levels, this class is designed to help you find balance, flexibility, and a sense of lightness in both body and mind.


Pilates
A dynamic Pilates class designed to improve flow, build strength, enhance flexibility, and engage the core. The session includes fluid movements and full-body conditioning, leaving you energized. Open to all levels. Taught in English.

Yin
A slow, meditative practice holding poses for 3-10 minutes, targeting deep muscles, ligaments, and fascia. Yin yoga is ideal for balancing an active lifestyle or intense physical practice. Taught in Norwegian or English.


YangYin
A combination of active Yang movement and restorative Yin poses. This class energizes the body and calms the mind, providing balance for the week. Taught in English.
